What is a Pressure Leaf Filter?
Pressure Leaf Filters are liquid filtration systems consisting of 10 to 60 filter leafs that are stacked inside a vertical or horizontal pressure vessel.
The leafs are drainage systems that support a wire or textile cloth cover. Since the liquid filtration process is contained within a pressure-resistant vessel, it can be an ideal solution for hazardous processes.
Micronics specializes in providing all aspects of Pressure Leaf Filter Solutions for high-performance liquid filtration including pressure leaf covers and bags, new filter leafs, rebuilt and refurbished filter leafs, and replacements parts.
Applications for Pressure Leaf Filter Solutions include Winemaking, Sugar Refining, Edible Oil Processing, Chemical Processing, Precious Metal Refining, Chlor-alkali and Soda ash, Liquid Sulfur Filtration, Oilfield Fluid Processing, and Bauxite Refining.
