Sales Support Specialist
As a Sales/Customer Support Specialist for the Micronics Engineered Filtration Group, you will be the inside sales liaison responsible for increasing sales with existing customers, pursuing and establishing relationships with new customers, and achieving designated sales quotas. A successful candidate will be an energetic, motivated self-starter with a proven track record of building sales and/or having previous successful customer service experience.
You must be a highly motivated team player possessing strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Cross-functional communication between Sales, Operations, and Engineering is a key success factor within our organization.
A successful candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in building sales and demonstrating superior customer service experience. They will possess the ability to show patience while problem solving, have good time management skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and be a self-starter.
Under the general direction of Micronics’ Shipping Manager, the Material Handler is responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock, and other such duties. A successful candidate will be an energetic, motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
