Pleated Filter Bags

The Micronics Engineered Filtration Group provides a wide variety of Pleated Elements for almost every OEM style. Pleated filter bags can extend the surface filtration area over traditional bags yielding a reduction in air-to-cloth ratio, increased airflow, and reduced differential pressure. Pleated filter bags have proven to be useful tools to improve baghouse performance in low to modest-grain loading applications.

We provide a variety of filter media options including polyester spun bond (service up to 265˚F/130˚C) and stiffened needle felts, like aramid and PPS (service up to 375˚F/190˚C). These media selections have surface treatments available from hydrophobic to ePTFE membrane, as well as static dissipating construction.
