Chattanooga, TN, USA – September 14, 2020 – The Micronics Engineered Filtration Group is pleased to announce that Glenn Hollis has joined the team as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the business. Effective immediately, Glenn will have responsibility for Micronics’ global Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and IT teams, who will now report directly to Glenn.

Previously, he was CFO of three PE-backed manufacturing companies: Thermal Solutions Manufacturing (TSM), Lund International, and CMS Hartzell. In each instance, Glenn contributed to strong top and bottom-line growth and drove significant value creation for the business and shareholders,” Cummins added.
Glenn is based out of Micronics’ new Chattanooga headquarters, where the company’s U.S. filter media manufacturing is also located. The company additionally has operations in Dover, NH, Saltillo, Mexico, Stoke-on-Trent, UK, and in Chicago, IL.
Glenn received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Kentucky (Lexington) and is affiliated with the Tennessee Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
