Filter Press Sizing Chart – Some Helpful Guidelines from Micronics Engineered Filtration

Every filter press requirement is different and Micronics Engineered Filtration is here to assist you in designing and building the optimal filter press for your unique application and operation. Micronics has experienced application engineers who will carefully review your application and determine sizing based on all the known parameters and considerations. The filter press sizing table below was put together as a handy guideline for a client to get a better understanding of the press needed based on a known capacity required. Each press can be made smaller or even a little bit bigger than these guidelines.

Micronics stocks standard 470mm, 630mm, and 800mm presses. These models are also available with custom options to meet your precise needs.

1200mm Filter Press

The large-capacity Micronics Filter Presses – 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, and 2000mm – are customizable to meet your precise needs.

The above sizing chart is a guideline based on 32mm cake chambers. Larger capacity presses are available in each size.
