Micronics Engineered Filtration Group & SuperTec SAS Sign Representation Agreement for Liquid & Dry Filtration Products & Services in Colombia

PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE, USA – SEPTEMBER 25, 2018 – The Micronics Engineered Filtration Group (Micronics Filtration Holdings, Inc.) is very pleased to announce that it has recently signed a representation agreement with SuperTec SAS, based in Bogotá, Colombia.

The new agreement with SuperTec covers distribution of Micronics’ wet filtration products and services in Colombia in key industries such as mining & mineral processing as well as distribution of Micronics’ air pollution control products and services for baghouse dust collectors in important sectors such as steel mills, lime and cement plants.

The signing of this agreement underscores Micronics’ confidence in SuperTec as a strategic partner and is an important step for best-serving clients in Colombia with Micronics’ industry-leading filtration products and services.

South America, Central America, and Mexico have been and continue to be important, long-standing markets for Micronics’ advanced filtration products and services including filter cloth, filter presses, filter plates, and a full range of spare parts and services used for liquid/solid separation in the mining and mineral processing and other demanding markets. Colombia is a country that is rich in natural and energy resources including gold and silver, copper, nickel, iron ore, and coal mining, all industries that benefit from Micronics engineered filtration solutions.
