PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE, USA – January 2, 2018 – The Micronics Engineered Filtration Group (Micronics Filtration Holdings, Inc.) Micronics is very pleased to announce the formation of a new direct sales entity in Mexico, Micronics Engineered Filtration S. de R.L. de C.V. The new sales entity will be led by Fernando Garza and physically based out of Micronics’ new 30,000 square foot filtration products facility located in the La Angostura Manufacturing Community in Saltillo, Mexico.
Within the broader context of the company’s strategic development activities in Mexico and Latin America, Micronics also announces that it has ended its agreement with Ferotex, S.A. de C.V. effective December 31, 2017. We are grateful for their services over the past years.
