Charles Moore Hired as New Operations Leader for Dry Filtration Filter Media Division
Portsmouth, NH – July 7, 2015 – Micronics Holdings, a global provider of wet and dry Filtration aftermarket products, services and OEM equipment, announced today that Charles Moore has joined the company as Operations Leader of the dry filtration media division (Southern Filter Media).
Moore is based in the company’s Chattanooga, Tennessee facility. He brings 21 years of manufacturing experience and a proven track record in driving continuous improvement to his role as a new operations leader.

Most recently, Moore served as senior engineer for McKee Foods Corporation where he worked with the CEO to develop a corporate-wide lean strategy. Prior to that, he was a safety, quality and continuous improvement manager at Southern Champion Tray, LP. Before that, Moore worked for Weavexx as an application engineer. Early in his career, Moore also worked as a co-op engineer and assistant manufacturing engineer with Milliken & Co., and Briggs & Stratton, respectively. Moore received a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from Auburn University and also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt from Chattanooga State.
