Micronics offers many accessories for numerous applications. A large part of our business focuses on refurbishing existing equipment with new parts. These are some examples of frequently used accessories. Scroll over the photos to see a description to the right.

Manual plate handles are bolted onto the filter plate and are available with 2 and 3 bolt fastening arrangements Feed Nozzles Distribution Rings O-Rings Polypropylene cloth scrapers, with or without handle extensions, are available in standard or anti static formulations. These models prevent damage to the filter cloth when discharging the cake.
Liner pipes are available in polypropylene, stainless steel, CPVC and iron for all brands of filters.

Filter Plate Port Plug 		Open/Close and 3-way Spigots A Pneumatically powered air hammer, with replaceable plastic tip, reduces the labor required for gasketed cloth installation. Cloth "Dog" pegs are used to give greater support for the filter cloth and cakes, preventing sagging. Peg caps may also be used to hold stiffer materials in position. Manifold Valve -Automatic feed, filtrate, core blow and wash water valves may be integrated with the control panel PLC for operator free sequencing of the filtration cycle.
