Squeeze Water Skid -
Micronics membrane squeeze water skid is designed to operate with our fixed or replaceable mixed pack membrane filter presses and provide the required squeeze pressure within the designed cycle time. The units are operated from the main control panel and contain all the necessary interlocks for fully automatic operation.

Vacuum Skids -
Micronics Vacuum skids are used with the automatic vacuum press and are designed for a full automatic integration. Materials of construction are selected according to the customer’s conditions and/or requirements.

Pneumatic Plate Shifter -
Semi automatic plate shifters allow one operator to handle larger filter plates. They may be retrofit to rectangular sidebar filters or supplied with original equipment.

"Bomb Bay" drip tray doors -
Supplied with filters when filtrate drips need to be contained and/or washing down of the filter cloth is expected to be part of the process.

Automatic cloth washing machines -
May be installed on both sidebar and overhead model filters. PLC logic controls allow automatic plate movement and cloth washing without operator intervention.

Hydraulic Plate Shifter -
Hydraulically driven plate shifter systems are available from Micronics for installation on any make of filter press, whether overhead or side-bar design. These self contained units may be installed using a customer’s existing control and power pack or the shifter may be purchased with a replacement power pack and/or control. Power packs can be sized to run only the shifter system or to run the filter press, the shifter and any ancillary systems such as drip trays as well.

Filter Cake Carts -
These carts can be rolled under the press during the filtration process to collect the accumulated waste (cake) for easy disposal.

Skid mounted precoat systems are designed and sized to work with your filter press. Smaller feed systems may be used to process chemical cleaning solutions and the squeeze liquor needed for membrane plate inflation - contact us for advice on the benefits of these turnkey products.
