Micronics, Inc. designs and manufactures all of its filter cloth, filter plates and filter presses in its manufacturing plants located in Portsmouth, NH USA and Stoke-on-Trent Staffordshire, England. Micronics’ engineers also develop custom liquid-solid filtration solutions for specific applications.

• Providing filter cloths that increase operating performance, reduce costs and meet your specific needs.
• Designing filter press plates that improve cake dryness and washing efficiency. We can also help you achieve additional operating possibilities such as membrane squeeze or alternative cake thickness in your existing filter press machinery.
• Incorporating alternate polymers to your filter cloth or filter plate design in order to combat chemical, temperature or abrasion conditions.
• Adding features to your existing machinery to clean cloths (cloth washers) or improve operator conditions (automatic plate shifters).
• Supplying a range of filter presses for any application, including functional lab scale models 150mm to large fully automatic cake discharge filters 2000mm plate size. These machines can operate in a simple dewatering mode or with steps for washing and drying the filter cake.
